Self check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.
Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
All early check ins or late checkouts must be pre-approved.
Continental Breakfast
Continental breakfast is provided in the communal kitchen on the ground floor of the historic Yellow House. Items for you to enjoy include eggs, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, bagels, muffins, fruit, juices, coffee, cereal, breakfast bars, coffee, milk, juice and more. The Lewis, Clark and Boxcar Suites include kitchenettes and a breakfast basket in-room.
Directions & Parking
We have a small parking lot on the north side of the property. A map and further details will be included in your reservation email.
Bike Storage
We have a bike shed with bike racks inside, we recommend you bring your own lock. No bikes inside rooms. We have plugs for your assist bikes to be charged.
Other Policies & Such
No pets, please.
Quiet hours are 9:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
All guests must be registered.
Supervised children are welcome, children 7 and under are free.
Fire Pit Rules
You do not need to bring your own firewood- it is fully stocked with wood, starter material, etc. Once you start the fire pit, please remain with the fire. Do not put trash, cans, bottles, into the fire etc.
No smoking, No vaping, No candles, or open flames indoors; if you do smoke, please dispose of things properly.
All events (reunions, weddings, etc.) must be pre-approved by innkeepers.
To maintain guest privacy, innkeepers do not live on-site, but live three minutes away and we drive by, walk by often and are availble at a moments notice. .
Rooms are based on double occupancy, $20 charge for anyone over 8 years old, 7 and under is free
Credit cards are processed 14 days prior to check-in.
Missouri Sales Tax of 7.475% will be added at the time of processing.
Cancellation Policy
If you give 14+ days notice of a cancellation, we will refund your charges minus a $15 cancellation fee.
If you are unable to give a minimum of 14 days notice there is no refund.
More Policy
Early and late check-in/outs without pre-approval from Susan are subject to $175 charge
DAMAGE POLICY: All registered guests are financially responsible for any property damages and will be charged for repair or replacement costs if damages occur. The credit card is on file will be charged accordingly. For everyone’s safety only registered guests are permitted inside.
Excessive cleaning subject to a fee of up to $750 plus damages.
We do not accept pets. Any pet brought in to a room or suite is subject to an extra cost of $1000 or more.
